The first time you open a new tab after installing Momentum, the extension will greet you with a celestial image and ask for your name. After that, it'll greet you by name and a rotating cast of inspirational wallpaper images. An inspirational quote rotates at the bottom of the page. Above its personal greeting Momentum displays the time and below the greeting it asks you to enter your main focus for the day. Your answer will then be displayed on subsequent new tabs, and you can hover over your main focus answer and click the X to delete it.

That's all well and good, but the reason I'm going to give the extension a go is its simple to-do list. Click the Todo link in the lower-right corner and a to-do list pops up. You can enter various tasks, check them off when they are complete, and drag to rearrange their order.
In the upper-right corner, Momentum displays the current weather conditions for your location, and in the upper-left corner, there is an Apps link that takes you to Chrome's default new tab page that lists your Chrome apps (or most-visited sites).
